A forum to highlight corporate best practices that support parenthood.
Assolombarda
Sala Camerana (6th floor)
Via Pantano 9
Milan
Open to all interested parties, subject to registration
This conference offers a reflection on the theme of parenthood in the workplace within the context of the broader demographic challenge, examining the impact of declining birth rates and the implications for organisations.
The findings of the Assolombarda–Bocconi University research will be presented, analysing the practices implemented by companies, the uptake of leave – particularly paternity leave – and the primary cultural and organisational barriers hindering its adoption.
The objective, supported by the experiences of member companies, is to provide a shared reflection on how businesses, institutions, and communities can contribute, through innovative and sustainable strategies, to supporting parenthood and addressing the wider demographic challenge facing the country.
