This meeting aims to provide a practical contribution to the discussion on the motivations and opportunities surrounding generational transition in family businesses.

The "passing of the baton" is a delicate aspect, often crucial to a company's survival. It is not a single event, but a process that requires careful succession planning, studied in detail, with particular attention to the methods and timing for integrating the new entrepreneurial generation into the business.

It is therefore necessary to manage this transition strategically, perhaps using this opportunity to modernise and reorganise the company's internal structures to ensure they are better aligned with new market challenges.

In this regard, as the meeting will clarify, family businesses can utilise various tools to better guide and effectively govern the generational change process, including with the support of our Association.
