Description of content and objectives

Confindustria Bergamo and Banco BPM – Credito Bergamasco Division are organising the seminar "The new bank-business relationship in light of supervisory regulations", which will be held across five locations in the Bergamo area, hosted by five different companies, as per the attached schedule. The objective is to disseminate the criteria used by credit institutions to evaluate businesses and explain how rating systems function, particularly regarding the impact of new supervisory rules. In the current economic and financial climate, it is essential for entrepreneurs to understand the perspective of the credit system to manage their banking relationships effectively. The seminar will also introduce the "Corporate Dashboard", a software tool provided free of charge by Confindustria Bergamo to member companies, which enables economic, asset, and financial self-analysis, as well as the development of a prospective industrial plan. This document is highly valuable for managing bank relations effectively.
