Target audience
The health emergency, by leading to the intensive and extensive use of remote working, has prompted companies to question their organisational models and consider future prospects.
Now, after more than two years, the state of emergency has ended, and the focus has shifted to how the benefits of smart working can be maintained from April onwards.
Recent research data indicates that 53% of employees would like to see smart working implemented in a structured manner within their company.
What is now certain is that for many organisations, smart working has become a new way of working and a fundamental lever for attracting new talent, as well as for retaining and motivating human resources.
The Assolombarda Metalworking Group is organising this webinar to provide the necessary insights and to reflect on the opportunities, challenges, and consequences of new hybrid working methods.
