Target audience
This meeting, organised in collaboration between Confindustria Brescia and the ODCEC of Brescia (Association of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts) and serving as the first event in the “ESG Voices and Pathways in Business” seminar series, will focus on the adoption of governance practices within local businesses. This is a critical issue, given the growing awareness that, among the three ESG pillars, governance is the central one, acting as a key driver for transparency, integrity, and corporate stability within an increasingly complex and regulated environment.
The seminar will dedicate significant time to the results of a survey conducted by the Research Centre of Confindustria Brescia, aimed at examining the current and future state of implementation of the governance pillar among local companies.
Following opening remarks by Franco Gussalli Beretta (President of Confindustria Brescia) and Severino Gritti (President of ODCEC Brescia), the session—moderated by journalist Stefano Martinelli—will feature contributions from Davide Fedreghini (Confindustria Brescia Research Centre) and Tommaso Ganugi (Confindustria Brescia Research Centre). A round table will follow, featuring: Tommaso Fornasari (ODCEC Brescia), Paola Lecci (Regional Director for Southern Lombardy, Intesa Sanpaolo), Paolo Streparava (Vice President of Confindustria Brescia and CEO of Streparava SpA), and Enrico Zampedri (CEO of Metra SpA).
The meeting will conclude with a networking drinks reception.
