Description of content and objectives

The legislature has overhauled the entire structure of the Code, amending numerous articles and introducing new provisions, including three new annexes.
The corrective decree has focused primarily on key themes, including labour protections, price revision, and the protection of small and medium-sized enterprises.
While some of the Code's critical issues have been resolved, many problems remain unaddressed, leaving a series of uncertainties regarding their application.
The meeting will therefore be dedicated to outlining the most relevant changes introduced, ensuring that companies are adequately informed and prepared to participate in public tenders and manage the resulting contracts.
A significant portion of the meeting will be dedicated to questions from participants.
In particular, the meeting will cover the following topics:

  • price revision regulations;
  • the indication of labour costs in public procurement;
  • subcontracting: regulatory changes and the latest case law;
  • below-threshold procurement;
  • amendments to contracts during execution;
  • the general framework of the changes introduced by the corrective decree.
