Description

Starting with the correct legal classification of these two contractual arrangements, we will review the respective obligations for the prevention of accidents and occupational diseases for the various parties involved, specifically:

• Seconding companies, host companies, and seconded workers
• Employment agencies (or suppliers), user companies, and agency workers.

The webinar also provides an opportunity to present two papers, produced in collaboration with a Working Group of member companies, titled: “Managing health and safety for seconded workers” and “Managing mandatory health and safety training for agency workers”.
