28 and 29 November 2019
Palazzo Lombardia
MILAN
The Alpine macro-regional strategy – officially launched in 2016 – has the fundamental objective of supporting the competitiveness, innovation and sustainability of the Alpine territories belonging to Italy, Germany, France, Slovenia, Liechtenstein, Switzerland and Austria, which represent one of Europe's largest natural, economic and productive areas.
On 29 November, the morning session will be attended by Professor Giuseppe Conte, Prime Minister of the Italian Republic, and Johannes Hahn, European Commissioner for European Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, with whom it has been agreed to hold an in-depth discussion on the opportunities and the future of EUSALP for the younger generation.
