How to translate prospects and opportunities into a new corporate path in practical terms.
Webinar
Target audience
Today, digital export allows Italian companies that have chosen to embark on this journey to overcome the restrictions and closures of traditional sales channels, to integrate their commercial network (both traditional and digital) within an omnichannel framework, to offset revenue losses incurred in other channels, to seize growth opportunities in otherwise inaccessible geographical markets, and to capture emerging consumption patterns of individuals and businesses.
Digital export, therefore, does not simply mean having an online presence, an e-commerce platform for international sales, or a presence on third-party platforms; it means defining a strategy focused on the introduction of digital processes and tools to be integrated with the company's business model and its traditional sales and communication activities.
During this second meeting, we will explore how to translate prospects, strategies, and opportunities into an effective digital export path. We will examine its seven fundamental pillars and discuss key platforms and marketplaces. The session will conclude with a review of success stories and advice for companies interested in embarking on this new journey.
The speaker for the meeting will be Domenico Gullì, a lecturer at 24ORE Business School and CEO of Itwill.
