In particular, the training programme is aimed at SMEs, consortia, business networks and formally established temporary associations of companies (ATI).
Participation by consultants is strictly excluded.
Would you like to improve your company's export skills and make your business more responsive to the use of digital tools by making the most of the potential of online channels?
The Italian Trade Agency (ICE), in collaboration with Confindustria Lombardia, is organising a webinar-based training programme entitled “Digital Export Academy”, intended for a maximum of 200 Lombardy-based companies that wish to
undertake internationalisation programmes by leveraging new digital tools.
The Digital Export Academy aims to enhance companies' capabilities regarding marketing strategies for identifying new and potential markets, while simultaneously providing the tools necessary to create the conditions to seize the opportunities offered by the “Digital” world.
The modules, which will be delivered via remote lessons, will explore all the topics required to tackle foreign markets, from Web Marketing and Social Media as tools for outlining a targeted communication strategy, to the subjects of E-Commerce, Marketplaces and online payments, which are now fundamental to any export strategy that intends to utilise the tools offered by the Web.

In this eighth and final session we will address the topic of Contracts & Online Payments: Analysing and understanding electronic commerce through online payment methods and the parts of the contract that finalise the economic transaction.

Participation is free of charge.
The lessons will take place virtually via the LifeSize platform.
For organisational reasons related to certain technical aspects of the platform used, a maximum of 200 companies will be admitted to the training course, and they will be provided with all the instructions for accessing the virtual classroom.
To register, you must complete in full, no later than 14 January 2021, theonline application form.
Companies will be admitted in chronological order, subject to verification of the admission criteria set out in the attached circular, until all available places in the virtual classroom are filled.
Please note that only one participant per company will be admitted.
