Description of content and objectives

A new ONLINE event organised by the Metallurgy, Steel and Mining Sector of Confindustria Brescia, as part of the 2020-2024 Presidential programme, which focuses on the key themes of sustainable production processes, the circular economy, and energy savings and recovery.

The conference will analyse the technological transition in heavy goods vehicle mobility used in industrial settings, focusing on the shift towards climate neutrality through sustainable traction sources.

Following the opening remarks by Giovanni Marinoni Martin (President of the Metallurgy, Steel and Mining Sector of Confindustria Brescia), contributions are expected from prominent representatives of companies leading this technological change.

Speakers include:

• Fabrizio BUFFA - Head of Gas Business Development at Iveco;
• Gianluca CREMONESI - Chairman of Air Liquide Italia, General Manager at Air Liquide Biomethane srl, and President of Assogastecnici;
• Daniele LUCA’ - Senior Vice President, SNAM - Global Sustainable Mobility;
• Edoardo TURANO - Deputy Head of the Road Transport Unit of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Climate Action (DG CLIMA).

To participate, please register online via the Confindustria Brescia website.

Member companies must use their DAS credentials to register for the event. If you do not have these, you may request account activation from your company representative or by emailing das@confindustriabrescia.it.

Non-member companies may register for the event by signing up as a “GUEST” and providing the required details.

On the day of the event, all registered participants (members and non-members) will receive the link to join the live stream at the email address used for registration.
