Description of content and objectives

A 30-minute webinar will be held on 15 June from 09:00 to 09:30 to explore the opportunities the Association offers its member companies, with a particular focus on support regarding tax, corporate law, Legislative Decree 231, legal matters, and privacy.

We will highlight our support services, ranging from systematic information updates to personalised consultancy, enabling companies to keep pace with the evolving regulatory framework, ensure compliance with necessary requirements, and make informed management decisions.

A constant point of reference for precise guidance on tax matters—including VAT and other indirect taxes, corporate income tax, IRAP, employment income, tax penalties, and litigation—as well as corporate law, covering statutory accounts, corporate structures and bodies, corporate transactions, national and international accounting standards, and insolvency law. Furthermore, we offer the opportunity to simplify engagement with the Revenue Agency through established direct relationships with local offices.

09:15–09:20 – Presentation of bespoke assistance from Assolombarda Servizi

A session will be dedicated to questions from attending companies at the end.
