Description

Mergers and acquisitions are increasingly important levers for business growth and competitive strengthening. This topic will be the focus of the next event in the "Infinite Value - Governance for Every Business" series, scheduled for Monday, 18 May at 17:00 at the Confindustria Bergamo headquarters.

The meeting, titled "Private Equity Funds as a Tool for Enhancing Supply Chains", will examine the role of private equity in supply chain operations: consolidation processes where multiple companies within the same vertical or horizontal supply chain combine their expertise and scale to boost competitiveness.

Through the experiences of local entrepreneurs from the Bergamo area who have undergone these processes, the event will explore the objectives, industrial logic, and management approaches that define these operations, highlighting the role of funds as a driver for development and growth.

The initiative is organised in collaboration with AIFI (Italian Private Equity Association) and will provide an opportunity to discuss dynamics that are becoming increasingly prevalent in the Bergamo area, as well as the tools available to support business consolidation and development.
