Finance Conversations - Which incentives to compete?

Event venue

Webinar

Target audience

This webinar is aimed specifically at financial managers of manufacturing and service companies who intend to take a strategic approach to their company's financial management. Due to the nature of the meeting, registration is limited (max 30 participants).

Description of content and objectives

The pandemic and the significant reliance on debt currently affecting many companies may make it more difficult for businesses to support their financial requirements and both tangible and intangible investments. Grants and incentives can be useful allies, but they must be approached in a proactive and planned manner.

During this meeting, we will discuss the best approach and methodology for participating in subsidised finance tenders, encouraging dialogue between speakers and participants. The first session will cover the European rules underlying the State aid regime, which has become highly relevant following the European Commission's adoption of the Temporary Framework. Subsequent sessions will provide recommendations, including practical case studies, on how to approach subsidised finance tenders, as well as a series of precautions to take both to increase the chances of success and to manage critical issues.

The speakers, who have decades of experience in subsidised finance, will guide participants through a programme designed to provide knowledge of a subject that, if mastered, can bring significant advantages to a company. At the end of the presentations, there will be a Q&A session to explore some of the topics covered in more detail.
