Offices of the Representative System across the national and European territory.

Target audience

Confindustria is organising a 6-month training programme for 25 recent graduates who obtained their degree between 12 February 2017 and 1 December 2017.

Description of content and objectives

The programme includes 8 days of classroom-based training.

The programme, entitled "Confindustria per i giovani 2017-2018", will commence in February 2018 and last for a total of 6 months, during which the selected candidates will undertake internships at one of the Representative System offices located throughout the national and European territory.

Placements will be determined based on the relevance of the candidate's academic background to the positions required by the Representative System.

Selected candidates will receive a monthly expense allowance of 1,000 euros gross for the 6-month internship.

Participation in the selection process is subject to the candidate having obtained a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree, in compliance with relevant legislation.

To be eligible for selection, candidates must have graduated no more than 12 months prior to the start of the training programme.

Preference will be given to degrees in technical/scientific and/or economic/legal subjects, as well as the relevance of the candidate's background to the positions required by the Representative System.

Following the submission of the application, curriculum vitae, and required documents, participants will be selected through an evaluation by a dedicated committee.

The selection process will take into account:

  • the candidate's academic curriculum vitae;
  • the candidate's age;
  • the results of a series of written tests;
  • a motivational interview, focusing on the candidate's psycho-aptitudinal characteristics and motivation.

The full regulations are attached.
