Wednesday 27 March and Wednesday 3 April at 09:00 at the Confindustria Bergamo offices, two workshops on international tenders will be held. During these two sessions, Confindustria Bergamo will present its service for identifying tender opportunities and providing practical assistance with the bidding process.
An overview of the international tendering system will also be provided, along with operational guidance on preparing bids for international tenders: mandatory documentation, contractual and financial sections, technical proposals, and compliance requirements. With the support of two legal experts, practical advice will be given on the general structure of tenders from a contractual perspective, as well as on specific clauses and practical aspects related to the international supply of goods.
The sessions will conclude with a company case study and time for questions and further discussion.
