Description of content and objectives

The meeting will provide an analysis of the most recent case law regarding collaboration agreements and self-employment contracts, as well as an in-depth look at the social security taxability of remuneration.

In particular, the focus will be on the distinctive characteristics of each contractual type, with the aim of providing companies with clear guidelines that are consistent with current legislation.

Registration details

The meeting is reserved for member companies, and prior registration via the Assolombarda website is required.

The event will be held both online and in person. When completing the registration form, you must select your preferred mode of participation from the following options:

  • online via the Microsoft Teams platform
  • in person at the Auditorium of the Assolombarda Pavia office. Please note that once the room reaches maximum capacity, it will only be possible to attend the event online

For online registrations, each participant will receive a confirmation email containing the link to join the event. By using the “Add to calendar” function, you can access the event directly from your personal calendar.

It is therefore essential to provide the correct email address for each participant when completing the registration form.
