UniCredit, in partnership with Confindustria Pavia, is hosting an International Forum focusing on China.
Although the Chinese market experienced a slowdown at the beginning of 2016, it remains an attractive prospect for Italian companies. This is evidenced by the strengthening economic ties between Lombardy and China; however, many SMEs require support and a deeper understanding of the domestic market to successfully develop their business.
As Wang Jian (Bank of China) noted, Italian SMEs “face difficulties in China because they do not know how to find a partner or which regulations to follow. The primary challenges for SME cross-border investment include the vast amount of information to gather, the costs of exploring the country, and the difficulty of finding the right partner“.
Interested companies may confirm their attendance by registering online via the Confindustria Pavia website.
