This meeting is aimed specifically at:

  • entrepreneurs, executives, and managers in Operations and Supply Chain departments, as well as procurement officers and staff

Description of content and objectives

The meeting aims to present methodologies, operational procedures, and tools for optimising procurement management.

Indeed, it is no longer possible to ignore the use of the Internet in corporate procurement, whether as a tool for purchasing marketing or as a "shop window" to showcase products and services via dedicated portals or electronic catalogues.

A procurement method that is gaining significant traction is the implementation of new collaborations between companies that cannot achieve sufficient critical mass on their own. Purchasing Centres and Purchasing Networks are filling the void left by traditional purchasing consortia, with the innovation that these aggregations are now being formed and utilised not only for tactical purchases but also for "core" ones.

In addition to the speakers' presentations, dialogue with participants will ensure an exchange of information and operational methods that can deliver genuine added value to the company.
