Dual-use goods: what changes with the latest EU control list update

Event venue

Online

Target audience

Open to all interested parties upon registration

Description of content and objectives

Each year, the European Union updates the control list of dual-use goods and technologies, which are products that, while manufactured for civilian purposes, may also be used for military purposes due to their technical characteristics. These products, which generally represent the high-tech segment across diverse product sectors, require an authorisation for export and careful management by companies.

The webinar will outline the most significant changes in the latest control list update, as set out in Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/2616 – which amends Regulation (EU) 2021/821, specifically Annex I – and the importance for companies to conduct thorough compliance checks on products to determine whether they fall under dual-use categories.
