Financial support

100 companies/universities will be eligible for a grant of up to £500 (approximately €650) towards travel and accommodation expenses.

The organisation will pay directly for accommodation, which has already been booked (at a cost of £150 per person); selected organisations will therefore be eligible for travel expense reimbursement of up to £350.

How to apply for the grant:

The grant will be awarded based on the quality of the company profile. Applicants with profiles or project ideas deemed most relevant to British businesses will be selected.

To receive the grant, companies must register by 6 May, completing the company profile which will be evaluated by a panel of independent experts. It is therefore essential to write a clear and comprehensive company profile, specifying in detail what you are seeking and what you are offering.

The company/organisation will be notified of the selection outcome within 7 working days. Once confirmation is received, the company may proceed with booking flights and submitting the invoice to the organisers. The grant will be paid into the participant's account once they have signed the event attendance register.
