Description of content and objectives

In collaboration with DE BERTI JACCHIA Studio Legale, Confindustria Alto Milanese is organising two sessions for businesses to provide an overview of financial instruments updated to the current economic climate.

The second meeting will address the topic of alternative financing sources to the banking sector.

Rising interest rates and stricter credit access conditions are making it difficult for businesses to secure the financial support they require from their banking partners.

It is therefore essential to understand how to evaluate the loan agreements proposed by credit institutions in the current market, as well as to explore alternative financing options. These include Fintech, direct financing from Confidi and certain asset management companies, as well as stock market listing.
