Description

In a rapidly changing economic and social landscape, businesses are facing new challenges in human capital management: from an ageing workforce and the evolution of corporate welfare to the growing impact of Artificial Intelligence.

The webinar “Age management, corporate welfare and Artificial Intelligence: where do Lombardy’s businesses stand? The results of the 2026 Confindustria Lombardia Labour Survey”, organised by Confindustria Lombardia and scheduled for 3 June 2026 at 10:30, will provide an opportunity to examine and discuss the key findings of the 2026 Labour Survey, conducted within the Confindustria System with the contribution of the nine Lombard Territorial Associations.

During the webinar, some of the main themes emerging from the survey will be explored, with particular focus on attraction and retention levers, the difficulties in recruiting skills, and the evolution of organisational models in Lombardy’s businesses. The meeting will also offer a dedicated focus on corporate welfare, from the most common tools to the economic value of benefits and meal vouchers, as well as the evolution of smart working.

The meeting will be enriched by a panel discussion featuring corporate testimonials, offering concrete examples, experiences, and operational insights into the strategies adopted by companies to address the transformations in the world of work and human resources management.

The agenda is as follows:
