The winner will be awarded a prize of 5,000 euros in Cernobbio on 28 September.

Ahead of the 2018 edition of the international manufacturing forum – an event that will be permanently hosted in Cernobbio from this year (27–28 September) – the World Manufacturing Forum has launched a video contest to promote business culture and the central importance of manufacturing.
Participants are required to describe the manufacturing and digital revolution, commonly referred to as Industry 4.0, in a 3-minute video.
The competition is open to freelance videomakers, universities, schools (students aged 16+), and creative industry professionals, and will take place in two stages:

- July 2018, announcement of the three finalist videos selected by the internal jury;
- 27 and 28 September 2018 (World Manufacturing Forum – Annual Meeting, Villa Erba, Cernobbio), voting by participants, announcement and award ceremony for the winner;

To participate, please complete the form and upload your video entry to the official World Manufacturing Forum website at the following address:

Applications and video entries must be submitted no later than 31 May 2018.
