Milan, 3 December 2015 – The regional Small Industry committee of Confindustria Lombardia unanimously re-elected Gianluigi Viscardi as president for the 2015-17 two-year term yesterday. Born in Bonate Sotto (Bergamo) in 1952, Viscardi manages the Cosberg Spa group, which he and his brothers founded in 1982, and where he serves as CEO.

“I am honoured by the trust placed in me once again by the Small Industry territorial associations of Lombardy. In this phase of significant change, continuity is required to ensure our businesses achieve the results they expect from their representatives. The guidelines for the next two years will focus on the all-round growth of Lombard SMEs, including by pooling the best experiences from all territories and promoting the excellence they demonstrate,” stated Gianluigi Viscardi, President of Small Industry at Confindustria Lombardia.

“Through the #Lombardia2030 strategic plan recently presented by Confindustria Lombardia, we have helped provide a long-term vision for our industry and regions, because the future is already here,” emphasises Gianluigi Viscardi-. “The document focuses on the Fourth Industrial Revolution and technology clusters, as we entrepreneurs must increasingly realise that this is not just about acquiring new technologies, but about changing how we operate from within and fostering a new business culture,” concluded Viscardi.
